Again, communication with my manager, better compensation and streamlined work processes

on time communication with instructions that are much clearer and getting back to me with another level of support, not just pushing the same instructions over and over again

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

All this switch to Populus has made doing work for Elsevier too complex. Where I once went to one location for virtually all of my work, I now must got to Populus for pay, another site for expenses, another site for assignments and another to set up my courses. Nothing is faster and smoother.
