They give importance and respect to all cultures in India. I don't feel any regional discrimination or partial benefits to few regional groups in the office

They hear feedback from employees and try to address or respond to it sincerely. They care about employee opinions. I feel like my voice is heard in the team

It's almost, always the scale at which we process data everyday. In my previous i thought processing a couple of million records is challenging, here its close to 100 million

They care about every employee's individual growth and their path to grow in elsevier. Its been just a year for me in elsevier, but in this time itself i got opportunity to showcase my talent and also got recognition for the same

The challenges it poses and also i know this is going to help a scientific researcher discover something new for the world. It could be a cure for cancer, a economically sustainable battery technology, cheaper way for interplanetary travel. Even if my work saves their few seconds, its a win for me
