I really like all RELX care initiatives. Also last year they celebrated Mens day which was something i unique and i havnt seen before

They hear feedback from employees and try to address or respond to it sincerely. They care about employee opinions. I feel like my voice is heard in the team

It's almost, always the scale at which we process data everyday. In my previous i thought processing a couple of million records is challenging, here its close to 100 million
