The principles on which the company stands are solid foundation for a great place to work. They guide each of us to become the best self our professional and personal self. Our managers are invested in us and therefore we are invested in the company.
Since this might be an individual case, may not merit attention, Mine is a new role in a new geography and there are no benchmarks to decide my salary and I am not convinced by the LT explanation that they have considered market and local rates before deciding my compensation.
There should be a defined promotion like tenure based to recognise the work of employees. There i s no transparency i who gets the 5% outstanding performance reward. There should be a overhaul in the quality of birthday gifts. The salary appraisal should be more fair and not just an adjustment
