After long time at previous work, I have the feeling that I have good managers and that there is a respectul environment against all different type of nationalities, gender, etc.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respecting each other and a respectful communication also from managers. There is place to grow and learn. Understanding on managers side of the struggle families have arranging work and family. Work-Life-Balance is great!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the way we communicate with each other, the respect and the acknowledge, the positiveness of my manager and the possibility of managing childcare ( family related issues) with the felxibility I need due to my flexible work hours.
