It's been really positive on the whole. I've been here a very long time and had many roles during my tenure, no time for stagnation to set in and plenty of scope for gaining a lot of knowledge and experience.

Knowing the company's goals and striving to attain excellence at every opportunity. Valuing our people, we have a huge amount of long-term employees, some have been working for Elsevier for decades and still retain a positive work ethic.
