Work/life balance, I consider this to be part of the compensation package as well as the provided PTO, company holidays and salary
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They afford employees work/life balance. They listened to employees and embrace the data post COVID which indicated we work just as well if not better in a 'work from home' environment and were open to making changes which truly impact employees. Doing so drives employee contribution & ambition.
