Valuable work-life balance. The workday can be chaotic and at times overwhelming. It is challenging to identify the correct person/group to go to when there is an issue to be resolved. There is a lot of nuance to be learned.

Regular check-ins and open attitude to assist wherever needed, with quick response times and documents to send where necessary

Regular team networking and strategizing. Meetings for building relationships. Everyone is incredibly supportive, and someone is always available to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After observing the job requirements and immersing myself in the experience of my position, I think it belongs in a higher salary bracket.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning how to solve new problems and being able to meet a customer with their question or issue and provide them with the correct answer!
