What matters most to me is having a compensation structure that clearly reflects progression and allows for continued growth as responsibilities increase

When there is good collaboration and other teams respond efficiently to my requests, it enables me to accomplish my deliverables for customers smoothly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
good spirit, generosity to share knowledge in general good vibe. I am talking only about my direct team. Interacting with other areas is a different story
