Great company and values. Senior management team good overall. The good bits working here massively outweigh the bad bits.

Solving problems and aligning on them as a group
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very respectful, and genuinely nice people to work with. Never have to worry about people going behind your back etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly pay increases are below inflation. Senior management team have said in-place promotions are going to be the exception, and that in order to get a promotion you would likely need to change roles in the company.
