What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Constant restructuring without transparent communication, poor salaries making women dependt on their partners/husbands.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my pay hasn't kept pace with how the role has evolved. Responsibilities have grown significantly, but my title and compensation hasn't been adjusted to reflect that. I'm also paid below industry average for a role with this scope.
