Being empowered/enabled to do a good job and getting thanks for it.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Their informal style which means we can be open and honest with each other enabling healthy debates and solutions to problems.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have already been told that I am underpaid compared to my counterparts and that there's nothing I can do about it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People's workloads are too heavy and aggressive which can lead to people being short in meetings, unable to coach or mentor people or with an inability (due to lack of time) to explain things in detail to enable people to do their jobs better.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think Kumsal has brought about a breath of fresh air. She's given 'permission' for some in the leadership team to be more open, honest and humble. There's still work to do but Kumsal's influence is cascading through the leadership team so that in time her style and approach will be the norm.
