I've always appreciated the degree of autonomy I have been given to do my role and the support I have received whenever I needed it.

Helping others achieve their goals

What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with my colleagues and finding solutions to new challenges together.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I think they are genuinely trying to effect change and not just tick boxes.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Most people are very happy to share knowledge, offer advice or even just lend a sympathetic ear!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is very acceptable to question or express concerns about decisions made by the company (internally of course)

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our consistent and genuine efforts to collaborate, support and connect with one another as people, not just as co-workers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's a very collegial atmosphere. Everyone's voice matters, regardless of hierarchy and the higher management team is very approachable.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are not afraid of pushing for radical changes but the reasons for those changes are always clearly explained. I do feel that the leadership genuinely want our buy in to implement their strategy.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My yearly objectives are very removed from my day-to-day role and from what makes my job valuable to me. I would be much more engaged (and less stressed) if I could set my objectives myself, with my line manager's approval.
