What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Top-down decision making leaves me feeling I have no longer any influence, and I feel less engaged. Over time my role feels like a lesser role than previously and middle managers have no support.

There is no possibility to be creative or entrepreneurial in my role anymore. Success is considered to be implementing the ideas and strategies of others, even though I am in a customer-facing role and have insight to offer.
