I had the opportunity to meet the people I would be working with and ask as many questions as I received. It was relaxed but professional.

There is real belief in the mission of using data and analytics to support scientists and clinicians do their best for humanity. We value continuous improvement and trying new things without fear of failure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Superb communication and amazing empathy during the Pandemic. We are all in this together and Kumsal has changed the tone of the company. We're super focussed on our people and Inclusion and Diversity is championed from the top.
What makes you most happy at work?
Leading and supporting engineering teams is very rewarding especially when the customer problems to be solved really do mean life or death. The pandemic has renewed our determination to support researchers as they work on some of the hardest problems facing humanity.
