We have a mix of quality and production support team members and also have a leader of immense experience and maturity which makes it a great team to work though we are very small and just a 4 member team including our manager.
Our team is unique, as we have different roles relating to ebook production quality, my role of senior supplier development manager has lot of different skillsets ie., cost analysis, supplier management, new workflows and projects discussions and we have a very experienced and calm leader.
