As a place to work, Elsevier has improved markedly under our current CEO, Kumsal. It would be hard to tempt me away from Elsevier, working here just feels right for me on many levels

I feel that the Elsevier leadership team takes decisions in the interests of customers, employees, investors and the company in that order
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good bonus scheme which has paid out in the year of COVID even though some parts of the group may have underperformed in terms of revenue
What did you like most about the interview process?
Focus on potential, as much as past experience - looking to hire for a long-term career in the organization, not just full a role that is currently open
