I have a good experience working for Elsevier, my job is ok, not difficult enough in my opinion but I don't hate it. The only downside is the salary in my opinion.

we help each other and we do not judge each others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because we do more and more tasks for the same salary and i need to work outside of my working hours to be able to complete the tasks.
