Diverse group of people who care and want to help. No cut throat, throw them under the bus, every man for himself mentality. Good team work dynamic.
Introduce bonus scheme to all employees. It is not fair that some people get abonus and others do not, particularly when working/contributing towards the same targets. Other publishers (e.g. T&F) offer days between Xmas and NYE off in addition to annual leave. Why doesn't Elsevier do this?
