They appreciate the strains being placed on staff, especially during the pandemic. Feel very supported by them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite my experience, I feel I'm compensated on the lower end of the scale, and know that I am paid less than my male counterparts.
What makes you most happy at work?
Using data to provide customers with a better outcome. I enjoy analysing usage data and the insights that gives me that can feed into my strategy.
