Inclusivity, humanity and quick pivoting towards a bias for action when it comes to issues of racial injustice.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation for BAU work should encourage overachievement, or effort will be focused elsewhere. Value, when it comes to inclusion and diversity for race and ethnicity, is being recognised, but not with investment.
