I like the ethics of the company, the approach of the ELT, and the work with my immediate colleagues. I think something suffers in between. There was organisational changes this year that was not well managed, causing issues pschological safety issues due to the top-down non-consultative approach.

Working with my team to resolve problems and deliver value. Networking. Communicating and coordinating with other parts of the company to deliver and understand the issues better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the ability to work with my colleagues from product and STMJ and other parts of the business to learn more about their approaches. It is an inclusive and tolerant environment that allows for people to be squarish pegs despite the tendency of corporations to want round pegs.
