There are a lot of immensely smart people working here, but not only that. They are also just nice and warm people
Be on time. Set an agenda for meetings. Show initiative. Learn yourself versus being depended on others. Be accountable for own results.
There is now given transparency in the career path, which is a good thing. But when I place myself on that scale, it is very clear I am not in the right position. It is the most demotivating feeling.
