Truly global workforce, great mission that attracts interesting and empathetic people, very remote friendly, not too many micromanagers

Compensation is slightly under market and gets worse for longer tenure employees as they fall further behind market.

Great mission. Great CEO. They've done an amazing job in supporting employees struggling with caregiving and remote school needs during the pandemic.

Constant innovation at the company keeps things interesting and challenging! Real world impact of our work was especially visible thru the pandemic

Benefits are a bit subpar compared to other companies but the work life balance and flexibility to work remote help compensate somewhat for that.

Everyone is smart and passionate about our company mission. Its truly a global company and I often work with diverse people from across the world.

The leadership team is really good at communicating strategies and priorities that allow you to understand why your work is important and where it fits into the larger puzzle.
