There are many things we would need to change to allow people to be more efficient and waste less time. Also there are still issues with alignement within departments
Many good employees are leaving due to the lack of career progression that we offer at the moment and that seems to just focus on VP and Executives positions. Also, get employees onboarded with the decisions that impact them directly, they will have better feedback than someone else.
The pension benefits are great, also the ability to opt in for the shares. The maternity package is not good as it seems the best package was given to the part of the business within Relx that has fewer women representation, a bit of a shame if we are so keen on being inclusive and diverse.
