Everyone contributes in his/ her own way - the collective is stronger because of individual contributions

Our leaders display authenticity! Employees understand our vision and how we will achieve success. Leadership cares about us as people as well as employees.

We hold each accountable, and lift one another when needed. Elsevier fosters so many ways for us to connect to each other with respect and camaraderie.

I get to work with clinicians each day - I know I am supporting them with evidence-based information to allow them to make good decisions for patients.

Our leadership has set a clear vision and communicates regularly on how we are tracking. In addition, they have chosen bold stances on inclusion and diversity and aren't afraid to speak up.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our commitment to our communities runs deep and wide. We are enabled and empowered to affect change by volunteering, raising awareness, and fundraising for causes that are important to each of us.

We work together as a team to focus on our clients. One of the best parts of our team are our clinical team members who help us to show our clients how we partner to drive better patient outcomes.

It is directed by the employees. Our volunteering and charitable donations are decided by employees, not corporate boards. We decide what's important to stand behind, speak out about, support, get involved with, and the leadership lend support, encouragement, and investment.
What makes you most happy at work?
Elsevier is a great place to work (maybe why I've been happily working here for more than 2 decades...) - I love that in my role I can help keep patients happier and healthier, and enjoy my job while driving that improved care!
