I really enjoy working at Elsevier. I've been here for longer than average, and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. I enjoy that I can really make a real difference in the company, and to the problems we're trying to solve for researchers.

What I value most is that the company cares about people at a human level -- they put a lot of effort into looking after our well-being and happiness.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team spirit and everyone puts a lot of effort into socialising and getting to know each other as people. This is one of the happiest and most cohesive teams I've worked with in my career.
