I've been with the company for a long time, so there is a lot to tell. Overall I think it's a great company with a great CEO. The Sr. Leadership team though needs to whip their organizations in shape. there is a lot of wasted effort in the organization, except in Operations who always need to cut.

Elsevier is a great company to work for. Its mission, and the combination of innovation with a strong history is exceptional. The people are smart and committed and there is great camaraderie.
