There isn't really anything to look forward to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health insurance is expensive for how little it covers. There is no financial assistance with student loans. Salary and merit raises are low.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are friendly, openminded, and willing to help. I don't need to worry about being judged by my peers and feel comfortable asking questions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more aware of the needs of employees in earlier stages of their careers. There is constant talk about how much the company grows financially, but it does not reflect in salary.
