I have seen a lot of positive change in the decade since I joined. My overall experience has improved with time and continues to do so. I'm happier now than I've ever been.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Since Kumsal has taken over as CEO I have seen significant positive changes, the team seems very positive, forward thinking and there is focus on compassion and good mental health and wellbeing for all employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's great to have that sense of achievement at the end of the day, for the most part I experience this. It's good when you are able to find the information you need and to work with helpful/collaborative colleagues
