It's a good company to work for if you accept and understand there is a balance in keeping employees happy, along side customers and investors. This means a balance around saving money (offshoring, reorganising) and investing, which at times will impact us, as employees.

They are making a strong point about our wellbeing during difficult times, while balancing what is required to keep our customers happy and continuing revenue growth. They seem to have a good balance.
