I've been here for 16 years and especially since we've now got more flexibility with where we work I really feel less stressed and very valued.

They're very inclusive and approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone genuinely seems here to do right by the customer and is proud of the work they do
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really love the mental health (headspace, fitness classes, etc) benefits but for the US, the medical isn't so great. It's a lot I have to pay out of my paycheck for not so great benefits.
