Differences are respected and people are allowed to grow at a pace they are comfortable with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each person has a unique talent and they are willing to share their knowledge with the team when required. I can always count on them in any adverse situation. They are also very mature and understanding and are not judgemental.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont believe the skill sets of my team have been correctly evaluated compared to other team skill sets. We are the crux of the machinery that is running the journals workflow and we are still being paid less than many other team members who are dependent on us for their work.
