due to the diversity i have learned about how to deal with different cultures in a business setting.

It is a very diverse group of people, and because of this i think this gives the company an a great advantage in the global market.

I like that they are trying to improve the communication about the overall company direction and strategy with the lower layers and seem to care about what people think.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There seems to be a salary growth cap on people moving internally, which after changing roles a couple of times equals to a lower salary than what the market would offer. I think they should remove the cap and pay as if the person were an external candidate.

HR informed me that the salary increase for role changers within the company is capped at 10%. I later found out that higher increases are allowed, but require some approvals. Hiring managers should look at the market and offer salaries that are more in line with the outside market.
