There isn't much that is positive. The culture is quite poor.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bonus pay between sales and non sales employees is not equitable.

There needs to be more collaboration between the segments with aligned interests

There is an imbalance between sales and non-sales incentive plans that favours sales people considerably.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Many issues with individuals bullying that get swept under the rug because they are in sales leadership roles.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is an issue with psychological safety, they are doing training but it's more culture related due to individuals. Training can't fix that.
