Overall i enjoy Elsevier because of it's flexibility and my belief in the mission - improving patient outcomes. It's unfortunate that my direct manager is not interested in helping me grow with the company.

When i am learning something new, finding a solution to a challenge/problem, collaborating with colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
honestly i am not sure - i enjoy Elsevier and the work we do. I believe in our mission.

their attempt at transparency and keeping us informed on a frequent basis with emails from Jan and the town-halls and Kumsal's video messages.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
although i don't feel i experience this but i do feel the move to a coaching culture is great and will help to elevate employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When asking my manager what do i need to do to move to the next-level he tells me move departments, companies or leave RELX. THE total opposite of what i would consider a coaching mentality.
