I am immersed in innovation each day. My work allows me the balance and flexibility to do my work in a way that is most productive for me by flexible work schedule, work at home, structure in expectations but freedom to individualize how the work is accomplished.

respectful, honest feedback. Everyone expects to receive feedback. It's not feared, it's welcomed. We know that everyone just wants our product to be the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my immediate team are hard workers and dedicated. We can give and receive feedback from each other without feeling threatened. We truly care for each other and only want the best for our product and each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are positive in their messaging, but yet real. If there is a concern, they state the challenge and how they plan to mitigate or watch closely. They are transparent as they can be with the entire group of employees.

Leadership team continues to show an interest in what will retain and show recognition to staff. I can see actions taken, not just discussion. And Kumsal is just amazing. She is a forward thinker, caring, compassionate, global thinker, unifier, relatable, walks the talk, good listener, perceptive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my immediate team are just great people. We all care about each other as professionals and as friends outside of work. My team is honest, gives constructive feedback but in a way that is respectful and betters our product content. I also learn each day from my colleagues.
