What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a culture of openness and inclusion, the employees are very diverse. Nobody needs to feel different, because we are all different.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After many years of working for the company, I am not satisfied with the possibilities to grow within the job and to get promoted. The difference in pay between management and individual contributor is too big.
