So many different personalities, goals and passions. Elsevier makes you feel welcome no matter your background
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency - changes in strategy are clearly communicated and they acknowledge when Elsevier still has room for improvement instead of brushing it under the carpet
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Even though I am young, I was still given the same promotional opportunities as those with more experience and for my age, I believe I am valued appropriately (probably even generously).
What makes you most happy at work?
I am pushed out of my comfort zone, there is always opportunity to learn from others, and I feel like my opinions and ideas are genuinely valued and considered. I never watch the clock - the days fly by and I love my job.
