Elsevier – Overall, Elsevier has been an amazing company. Although there are a few areas that could be improved (as with all companies), there are no large complaints. Benefits were better prior to 2021, so not happy with that change, but no plans or desire to leave Elsevier - which is really saying something. | Comparably

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What we do, matters. The people care.

What makes you most happy at work?

The flexibility of working from home (versus having to commute 45 minutes into an office).

What are some of the best things about your team?

My immediate team has a great relationship with each other, mostly brought out by our direct manager who is amazing.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Seem to genuinely care about the people. Have been very flexible with are promising to continue to be flexible in the post-Covid world.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

NHE vs Clinical Solutions pay scale (bonus structure) is very different. Company seems to favor those in CS and pay them in a bonus structure much higher than NHE's structure with more payouts throughout the year.
