After leaving my company for almost a year due to being made redundant, I soon learnt the value of a work-life balance. Now I have returned to my company, I am happy that it is one of the best places for a work-life balance. In addition, career prospects are fantastic.

My experience at Elsevier is, on the whole, positive. There are many, many career opportunities to explore without ever getting bored and the colleagues with whom I work seem to care about each other which I value very much in a world where most work is done remotely.
