What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that we really respect each others, this sounds pretty basic but I know that sometimes it is not happening in other companies or enviroments
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is below the market in my position, I find difficult to change position and make a great "jump" in terms of development and so on. I think that my boss and directors care about me and the rest of the team but at the end, I think that they can do nothing in this sense.
