On an international level my company is much more exciting and professional than it is at my local site. Knowing that my company offers a stable job in a great business sector gives my a lot of security.

I like that our leadership team is openminded and diverse.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team i work with on a daily basis is very solid and inclusive even though we all work on remote you never feel left alone
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that i am not micro-managed by my manager and that I have a lot of freedom to decide how things should be done in my job
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very inclusive and there is a great culture for "failure" in my team. There is no fear to ask something because you could look like the one who didn't know something. We are very supportive as a team and never envy eachother for success but, celebrate our scucess together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that colleagues at the same joblevel who are doing the exact same day-to-day business are compensated MUCH better. The fact that I asked for change at Management and HR and nothing ever happened after more than half a year does not contribute to me feeling more valued within this company
