We do good work and when you have a positive mission it reflects in the attitude you bring to work.

I'm a hunter at heart and hunting for new business is exciting. Elsevier has strong effective products and sharing information about them is rewarding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have reached out to other departments to sit in on meetings and build relationships. This has continually been dismissed. The rep work load is enormous and may things can affect your goal. Manuals need to be adjusted fairly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is very invested in our team. She is not afraid to ask for what we need. If we can not get it she brainstorms ways to get it outside of the typical avenue. Lots of time and investment has been made to unite and build up our team in a very unique way.
