Commitment to contributing value to the organisation and its objectives - we all want to help make the world a better place
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries and salary ranges seem to be benchmarked against roles within business units and function rather than against steps from CEO etc. This has some obvious benefits - however in a matrix organisation and in management roles it can lead to significant pay gaps in manager/leader peer groups
