They walk the talk. So often in businesses today, they talk about mission and values but actions do not support that. Here at RELX, mission and values is at the core of everything leadership does.

The level of support and effort put into creating a positive and engaging environment is incredible. The organization truly cares about the well-being of employees, and works to ensure it is inclusive, and values the insights and contributions of all.

It's so motivating to work with insightful, innovative, supportive people. Each member challenges the others to be the best they can be, with encouragement and assistance where needed. The fact that we enjoy working together is definitely a perk.

I love that I work with a group of engaged, professional, and motivated group of people. Teamwork and comradery are a large part of this as well. I can always count on the people I work with to provide support, insight, and challenge me when I need it.
