The commitment to employee wellbeing, the drive for psychological safety, and the fact that we are aiming to be authentic both internally and externally facing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have enough but I wish it was fair for all, not just me, let's not try to pay the least, let's pay what is a fair salary for the role - it should not rely on negotiation strength when you are offered a role. Greater transparency around bands, etc.
