I really believe n the company mission and feel my work contributes towards it.

It corresponds appropriately to seniority level. It does not necessarily reflect responsibility or effort level.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Meetings within my group are tightly managed with clear goals. We are trying to extend this practice more widely.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Good behavioral posture and culture. The ELT could improve by delegating more responsibility further down in the organization and empowering people closer to the front lines.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Multiple rounds of conversations with very different people, which gives you a good flavor of the expectations of the role from different stakeholders and a feel for future colleagues
