Poor medical insurance plan and support. Most of the claims are usually rejected and if approved still we have to pay more from our pocket.

Salary is not based on the skill and workload . It is based on regional market analysis . Growth requirements are not considered based on regional needs.

Compensation is calculated based on region but growth opportunities are compared globally. Same role in 2 countries has a huge pay difference and the one in low paying area needs quick growth opportunities to lead a average life same as other colleagues.
