I've not heard anything about Gender Gap analysis recently. I believe men in similar positions are paid more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are valued by their direct manager. There is a high level of transparency from my direct manager. I feel I can contribute in a meaningful way and that I am heard.
